Week 4: Draw inwards and Reflect
Premenstrual phase (Inner-Fall)
Guess what? You can love your premenstrual phase! Your symptoms and mood swings are messages from your body asking you to tune in and listen. Learn how to best support and honour yourself during this time. Enjoy a slow, grounded yoga practice and self-care tips to balance your hormones.
Week 5: Rest & Surrender
Menstrual phase (Inner-Winter)
As you explore this profound phase, you'll learn to tune into your intuitive power that may be heightened during this phase. You will learn the true power that surrender and deep rest during menstruation has on the rest of your cycle. We call in the qualities of this phase with a deep restorative yoga practice, self-care tips and rituals to honour your body and menstrual cycle.

Meet Stella

I'm a passionate Menstrual Cycle Educator and a heart-centred Yoga teacher and a who helps womxn reclaim their menstrual cycles.

I guide womxn to better understand, connect to, and support all elements of their being (body, mind, spirit) so they can live in harmony with their cycle and reclaim their feminine power.

My offerings combine Menstrual Cycle Awareness with embodied Mindfulness practices that are specially designed to support the unique phases of the cycle.

Imagine experiencing less period pain, reduced PMS, having a regular and healthy period. Imagine CELEBRATING your cycle in a natural and holistic way (yessss please!).

I integrate body literacy with practices like Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation and Self-care rituals; giving womxn the tools they need to support their cyclic nature in a non-cyclical world.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I take this course if I'm currently taking hormonal birth control (HBC)?
Yes! You can benefit from all the wisdom, practices and content shared during this 5-week immersion even while on HBC. It's suggested to follow the phases of the moon as you unpack and learn about each inner-season. As humans who menstruate, we are intrinsically connected to the lunar phases and nature - the moon is within us. This immersion provides you with the information to make an informed decision on how you want to experience your cycle, without judgment.

Many womxn have participated in the course while they were taking hormonal birth control. Some made the decision to get off HBC during the 5-week course, while others joined the course as they are transitioning off HBC. There is no right or wrong way, this is your journey, I'm here to guide you.
    How much time should I allocate to this immersion each week?
    Along with the 90min weekly LIVE lectures, you'll also receive 60min yoga & mindfulness practices, journal prompts, and integration work (audio meditations, self-care practices etc). I recommend carving out between 3-4 hours a week to truly sit with and embody the course content and practices.
      What if I can't make the LIVE lectures?
      It's OK if you can't make it to the LIVE lectures, either because you live in a different time zone or have prior commitments. All LIVE lectures will be recorded so you can view and download them when is most convenient for you. You'll have life-time access to all the knowledge shared during the LIVE lectures, as well as the yoga classes and integration practices.
        I've never practiced yoga or mindfulness before, can I still join this Immersion?
        Yes, it doesn't matter if you've been practicing for 20 years or if this will be your first class. The aim of the yoga and mindfulness classes is to help you reconnect to your body and womb. You'll be guided through different postures and practices and encouraged to go at your own pace. Modifications are offered and there's never any obligation to practice something you don't feel comfortable doing. My classes are gentle, low impact, with a focus on tuning-in and noticing the subtle messages your body and womb is communicating to you. All are welcome.
          What if I can't keep up?
          Each week a portion of the course content will be released. This ensures you have a full week to integrate the information and practices shared, without feeling overwhelmed or pressured to "do it all". You're welcome to go at your own pace. If it takes you longer to complete a certain week, that's OK. The course content will be there waiting for you when you're ready to embody it. All content shared during this immersion is downloadable for you to keep and return to as needed.
            What is the course schedule?
            Your BLOOD MAGIC journey starts on Monday, September 14th at 7pm EST.

            We'll be moving through this online immersion together, in sisterhood! I've decided to offer LIVE lectures so that we can build a sense of community during this time of isolation, as well as encourage each other to show up each week.

            We'll meet LIVE on the following Mondays at 7pm EST.
            September 14th, 21st, 28th, October 5th & 12th 2020.
            Our closing sisterhood ceremony will happen LIVE on Thursday, October 15th.

            All LIVE sessions will be recorded with access to the replay.
              How much does it cost?
              BLOOD MAGIC 5-week Immersion is full of practical, informative and inspiring content that will not only change how you experience your period, but how you live your life! This course is available to you for $349 (Early Bird Rate valid until August 26th 2020). Regular price for BLOOD MAGIC is $449 CAN. In order to make this immersion accessible - you can pay in two instalments of $225. Please get in contact for more details.
                What is the refund policy?
                Cancellation made 14 days prior to the course commencement date, will receive a 50% refund.
                After this, no refunds will be made for the Blood Magic immersion course.
